This electoral campaign plate presents a hypothetical campaign for mayoral candidate Kyle Oyao, running under the SO-GO Partylist in the 2025 elections in Cebu City.
Positioned as a new generation of local leadership, the campaign frames Kyle as young, grounded, and committed to a more participatory and people-centered form of governance. It highlights a shift away from traditional, personality-driven politics toward a model built on collaboration, accessibility, and long-term community impact. He represents a new wave of local leadership, one that is young, sincere, and focused on participatory governance, sustainable development, and inclusive public service.
Unlike traditional politicians who only show up during campaign season, Kyle has already embedded himself in grassroots communities. He positions himself as a collaborator with the people, someone who listens first and then leads. He believes that real change happens from the barangay level up, not top-down.
